On Wednesday the 8th, we had our #2 Santa Lap Experience, but Kynna's first time ever sitting with Santa. Layton City does this Sleigh-ride and Hot Chocolate and Cookies night for their employees and since my father-in-law is on the city council we are always invited. It's pretty cool. They have a Santa there, and 3 years ago it was the first place J had ever sat with Santa and now it was Kynna's first experience with the jolly man. We sat with Santa first, then went and got some Hot Cocoa and Cookies and the Triplett's arrived. After a little snack, we decided we would go see the lights via the sleigh-ride. I guess it's really more of a hay-ride on a trailer pulled by a tractor. It's cool but the smell from the tractor is a little overwhelming. J's favorite lights were the dinosaurs!! Once our ride was over, we went back inside and they were giving away packages of cookies and gave some to us!! It was nice since J had preschool the next day and took a package to share with her friends!!
There was no way of getting J to let Kynna sit alone!!!
