Our Christmas Season was jam-packed with a million things this year!! But we enjoyed ever moment of it!! We didn't take as many pictures as usual since most of it we recorded this year. But don't worry I still have a bunch!!
So Christmas Eve Eve we decided that we wanted to open our family gift since Brady would be home the entire next day and the next and even the next. We were so excited to finally get to play with our wii!! It's great being the parents and getting to decide to open stuff when we want!! Jaylee, of course, opened it for our family!!

Christmas Eve Night-we went to Brady's Parents for dinner and for the kids to open their books. What a fun and great tradition!! We LOVE books so it's great to know that every year they get one from them as well!! Everyone else had brought up their nammers for their families, but we hadn't so we did that later that night at home!!
This was a really cool book-it was one of those recordable ones so she got a cool Princess Book that her Nanny is reading to her. What a great idea!! Now I just have to keep her from hitting the recording button!!!
After trying to read through the Story of the Birth of Christ, we decided that we needed something a little more visual for our kids, so I made a book from none other then my favorite place-Shutterfly!! I had a free one so it worked out perfect!!!
Christmas morning at our house was actually celebrated twice. Jaylee woke up before Kynna and since I'm not a fan of grumpy kids on Christmas(really any day for that matter) we let them both sleep until they were ready to get up. So we did ours with Jaylee first, and then like an hour and a half later, we did it with Kynna!! It was so fun to watch their eyes light up and get so excited with each gift!!
We had a wonderful Christmas!! But missed our Hoover family and spending time with them!!!
As hard as it is to not be able to see both families for every holiday, I think I would rather divide them up and not have to worry about going to multiple houses to see everyone!!
