A New Blog...

Well I created a new blog for our family since I was having issues with this one, and then my friend told me a way around that issue so hopefully that will work!!  I'm not going to close this blog but I will see what happens with keeping up on both of them!!  The new blog is...

Blogger is going crazy...

Am I the only one having issues with blogger lately?  I swear it will let me do one thing, but then I'll try to tweak it just a smidgen and it starts telling me that I've exceeded my upload limit.  Who knew!!  Part of the reason I've been MIA as of late!!  Maybe it's time to start a new blog and revamp a few things with our family blog!! We shall see though!!

Valentine's Day 2012

The Sunday before Valentine's Day, J wanted to wear her cute Red Dress but MaKynna stayed home with a runny nose and a super cranky attitude due to teething!!

For Valentine's Day, we did our traditional Dinner at home!!  Brady had fish and we had steak.  Brady also had shrimp, which Jaylee and MaKynna both wanted to try and both liked!!  Looks like I might loose this battle with the no fishy smell in my house thing!!  Actually it wasn't bad!!  This year we added candles to the dinner and J pretty much thought that was the coolest thing ever!!

 J made her shirt at her cousin's birthday party, and she was so proud of it!!

 For dessert we had chocolate dipped Strawberries and Raspberry Cheesecake

Brady and I went out for our Valentine's dinner a couple days later(managed to forget to snap at least one picture).  He took me to Prairie Schooner(which I had never been to) and we had a delicious dinner.  It was so nice to get away without the girls!!  (Thanks Nanny for watching them!!)

One of my favorite things...

about having 2 girls in a row, is having the fun memories that go when the second, wears an outfit that you loved so much on the first one!!!  This little purple outfit was one of those that I LOVED on Jaylee and Kynna is now big enough to wear it!!

Daddy-Daughter Date...

Jaylee found a letter that Brady had mailed to her a few months ago, inside was a coupon for a Daddy-Daughter Date so she started bugging Brady about when they were going to go.  I told him it was probably a better idea to do it sooner rather then later!!  So he took J out to dinner and then they went bowling.  They played in the game area at Boondocks and just had fun together!!  She had such a BLAST and talked about it for days.  She just loves to be the center of attention especially with her Mommy and Daddy!!

Happy Birthday Outing to the Zoo...

On January 25th, the girls and I met up with our friends Cheloni, Jase and Misha and we went to the zoo.  It was Misha's 2nd Birthday so it worked out great to have a little birthday outing!!  It really did turn out to be a gorgeous day!!  We had bundled up, but after about an hour there, we started shedding clothes because it was pretty warm.  And because the day ended up being so nice, all of the animals were out to see!!  Except the bears, we don't know where they got moved to!!  

I love how mad Misha was here!!  She totally has the "it's my party and I"ll cry if I want to" going on!!  She and Kynna were both asleep within like 5 min. once we got in the car!!  What a great day!!  

Guess who is already old enough to go to Nursery...

And Church has never been so much better!!  They actually let Kynna start going at the beginning of the year, even though is wasn't until February 2nd that she turned 18 months!!  I serve in Primary and Brady in the EQ Presidency and it was just better if she went early!!  She LOVES Nursery and basically runs in there every week.  And when it's over, she runs to Brady or I, ready to be with us again!!  This little adorable dress was given to her for Christmas from her Nanny and Poppa, and it was just fitting that she wore it for this special occasion!!

 And of course you can't take pictures of one cute girl, and not have the other wanting to have her picture taken as well!!  J loves the matchy-match look but I don't have any exact matching dresses for church, so she decided to wear this new one she got as a birthday gift from her Grammy and Grandpa.  She informed my mom, that she needs 8 church dresses, so my parents went ahead and ordered a couple for her, to help her get to her lucky number 8!!  Why she thinks she needs so many is beyond me!!  

 But she sure is dang cute, so we'll take lots of pictures of her!!
