Our double-fisted coloring girl...

Jaylee has become quit the little colorer!! She will sit at her little "desk" and get crayons in both hands and go to town with them!! She's starting to eat them less and less but still needs reminders every now and then. And even though she mostly uses her right hand, she'll get her left in there every now and then and let it help out!! I'd like to say she's getting better at staying in the lines, but really we're just happy if she stays on the paper!!

She sure does have fun though!!

Daddy joins the move!!!

Well after only 4 days of being apart, Brady was able to join us down here in Arizona. He came down for a job interview, and has stayed since he got the job and has now started work!! We are so glad that it was only a few days!! It's been so nice not having to be apart!! It's already proved to be a trial for us but we know it's what is right for our family!! We're just learning a lot from this whole move!!

Jaylee waiting on the LOVE-SAC for Daddy to arrive!!(I made this outfit and hairbow set also)

He's Here!!

And Grammy and Papa too!!

A BIG THANK YOU!!!

All I can say is that without these people I would have really been a mess and would have never got all moved!!
When no one from our ward or family turned out to help with the final packing of the truck, I was a little overwhelmed but it was these 4 people who helped me relax and get things done!!

First off-my brother Kevin who flew up from Arizona!! You Rock Kevy!! He flew in Thursday night and early Friday morning, we got to work!! What a trooper!! Then he drove that big-ol'-truck down for us too!! We owe you big time!!

Mariah and Steven came over like Thursday and started helping out. Then on Friday, their mom came over and helped me finish packing the kitchen. She even cleaned my stove!! Amy-you are wonderful and you have some great kids too!! Thank you so much for all your hard work!!

Steven was our go-to guy for any project!!

Mariah watched Jaylee for us all day!!

Then once we got to Arizona, the rest of my family was there to help and had a nice potluck for the move in!! Eric and Jenn-Thank you so much for letting us stay with you guys until we find a place of our own. It has been such a blessing to not have to worry about that part of this move!! Michele thanks for dinner that first night!! It was YUMMY!! And Steph and Jason thanks for helping out so much and for always being there when we need anything!! I truly do have the greatest family ever!!!

A final Goodbye...

Let's just say our second to last day in Utah was a tough one!! Jaylee's babysitter had come over Wednesday night, to see her again, but Jaylee was already in bed. So we promised Shawn that we would bring her over before we left so that she could get a picture and say goodbye to her adoptive granddaughter. Shawn has been the biggest blessing in our lives in terms of Jaylee. She is truly like another grandma!! Leaving Jaylee with her was so comforting and made it a lot easier to be away from our J-Bug for a few hours throughout the day. We are sure going to miss you Shawn-but we will never let Jaylee forget you!! Thanks for taking such great care of our Bug!! We Love you and miss you already!!

It's Been to LONG!!

It has been way to long since our last blog. I have to get a wireless usb for our computer to have the Internet and access to all of our pics. We have moved to Arizona and are so HAPPY that we were only separated for 6 days before Brady was able to come down and join us. Jaylee is getting use to all of her Hoover side cousins once again. It's amazing how much she has already changed. She's growing up so fast!! She loves to talk on the phone now, and is walking more and more every day. She still will crawl places if she needs to get somewhere quickly, but she's getting more daring everyday!! And her mad face is the funniest thing ever!! She'll make this mad face and then just start laughing so hard. Of course it's hard not to laugh with her!! She's a nut!! Well maybe next time we'll have things up and running so we'll have pictures!!! So TA-TA for now!!

Jaylee finally takes her first steps...

Jaylee has finally taken her first steps!! Now I'm sure it's only a matter of time before she full on is walking everywhere!! She was getting so excited about it too!! After this little video we would slide the chair back a little at a time so she would take more then just 2 steps at a time!! She really is doing great!! Way to go J-Bug!!

A Day at the Zoo...

We have had quite the day!! We decided since we never went to the zoo back in May like we were going to for Brady's Birthday(it was raining that day), that we were going to before we moved for sure!! So we got up early and headed to Salt Lake to Hogle Zoo. We had a good time and Jaylee really seemed to enjoy it. Her favorite was for sure the Carousel and for the animals I would have to say the Bears. The Bears and the Penguins were the only ones that were doing more then just eating or sleeping. They were actually playing. We were pretty quick since it was getting hot fast and we knew the animals would be even less entertaining. Afterwards we went out for Central American food like from what Brady ate while he was on his mission. It was okay but not my favorite, but we tried it for Brady!! Then it was back home for more packing!! It has been a nice day and I'm glad we finally got to go to the Zoo!!
