A few days before the 24th of July, they have the parade floats on display down in Salt Lake, so on Brady's day off, we took the girls down to see them. We had explained to Jaylee about the Pioneers and why we celebrate this day, so she decided that she needed to dress like a cowgirl since the pioneers rode horses. She is so funny and has her own since of style!! It was a lot of fun and they had a lot of fun activities for the kids!!! We will probably make it a new tradition!!!

One of the floats had this little turtle that they let the kids take a ride on. Jaylee loved it but since they didn't have a horse on the float, it wasn't her favorite!!

Then on Monday the 25th, we decided to take the girls to the Ogden Days of 47 Parade. It was pretty hot sitting out there, but it was fun to see J so excited, especially when the horses would go by!! She's a little obsessed with horses!!
