Her first pair of Nike's

We are such a Nike family!! However I'm not into the whole spending a lot for a pair of shoes that they'll never wear out at this age. While we were in the valley, I found these little Nike's for less then $10 and had to get them!! Jaylee really needed a pair of tennis shoes anyways so we were planning to buy some and just got really lucky with these!!

They are just so dang cute!!

The Rest of Brady's Birthday gift...

I have a dear friend who gave us a GREAT hook-up for a hotel while we were in the valley for the game!! You know who you are and we want to say Thanks again!! We had a great time!! We originally weren't going to take Jaylee but she was a little sick and with all the scare of the Swine flu, we thought it would be better to take her with us!! And besides it was partly from her too!!

We had dinner at Pancho's. I love this place!! I only go like every 2-5 years and it's great!! Brady was okay with it but not his favorite!! Sorry Dear but thanks for letting me go!!After dinner, we went back to the hotel and went Swimming!! They have all of these cool Cabana's by the pool. It's just pretty!! Jaylee loved it of course and didn't want to get out but it was getting way late!!We had a great time celebrating Brady's Birthday!! Now we just need his birthday to come so we can do the rest of the celebrating!!

Cubs vs Arizona Diamondbacks-they lost

So this was Brady's birthday present from Jaylee and I. We sat in the bleachers but they were GREAT seats, I was surprised!! Chase Field is way cool probably my favorite so far!! Too bad the cubs did so bad it would have been even better!! Hope you enjoyed your birthday present Brady!!

"Don't look so excited to be here!!"
These are up at the Sandlot which is a playground area for kids on the 3rd floor of the Stadium. Pretty cool!! Jaylee and I went up there a couple of times during the game when she needed a break from staying in one place!!

Jaylee enjoying her hot dog!!
And her drink!!

Above-Ceiling closed
Below-Ceiling is being opened
It was much nicer with the ceiling closed. You could feel the air conditioning and all.
Right before the game started the opened up the ceiling and we were right in the hot Phoenix Sun!! But only for about 45 min. and then it was nice again!!

You know the game isn't so great when you and everyone around you would rather watch your 2 year old eat ice cream!!

You think she enjoyed the Ice Cream?

Not such a great sign for a ball game when she falls asleep!!
The cubs got killed 10-0. It was bad!!
We left after the top of the 8th!! Yikes!!
Maybe next year when the cubs come to town, they'll do better then 1 out of 3!! Funny thing about Arizona, there were just as many Cubs fans as there were D-Backs fans!! It was great!! And we had a blast!!

The Little Owl Family that lives at Home Depot

So the Home Depot where Brady works has this cute little Owl family that lives out in the garden department. And they are right there for everyone to see!! The mommy made a nest up on the top shelf on top of a bag of lawn stuff and of course they have just left that area alone!!
This is the Daddy!! He is big and VERY protective!!

Here's the watchful mommy!! She is only a couple feet from her babies, kind of up above so she can see them at all times!! She just kept staring at me while I was taking pictures!! Kind of scary!!

And then there are the 2 babies. They never popped their heads out at the same time but they are cute!!
Jaylee and I went over to see them the other day, and she loved them!! She did lose interest pretty quickly when Daddy had to go help another customer though. She kept calling them birds and made her cute WOW sounds while looking up at the Daddy. He was out for all to see and right underneath him in fact. It was cool!!

A new hair style...

I was on one of those hair style blogs and saw this one and thought it might be cute. Of course the lady on the blog had an older daughter who I'm sure sat still for longer then 30 seconds. But I finally got it done and it's not bad considering all the wiggles and cries to stop from Jaylee. I finally gave her a candy bribe for her to sit still just a little longer, hence the chocolate on the face. I definitely don't think I'll try this again until she is a little older and can sit still!!

Jaylee's little Pedicure...

Last week I needed to paint my toes and all that fun stuff. My sister and her girls were over as well, so I gave all of the girls a Pedicure. Mostly I just painted their toe-nails and put cute little flower stickers on them. Jaylee is so proud of her toes and shows them to everyone!! Who knew such a small thing would make her so happy!!

They are really cute though!!

Jaylee's never coming in this year!!

The last couple of days have been so beautiful, so Jaylee has been playing outside a lot more. Well I let her go out today after church into the back yard and she will NOT come in!! Our tomatoes are back there and she has discovered what a bee is and what ants are. She doesn't like either one!! I have a feeling that between the garden, the pool and just the thought of being outside that we are never going to get that girl to come inside!!

She started just sun bathing on her slide!! She kept putting her hands above her head and sprawling out!! Crazy girl where would she learn to do something like that?!!!
